  Metro’s estimator (Tommy Hale) was prompt and quickly got us a quote and provided straightforward, honest advice about our options.

  When Rigoberto Guevara and his crew came out to do the work, it was quality (crimped PEX and pro-pressed copper) and they located and reused existing PVC sleeving under our driveway for the new water line, saving us money and hassle where we expected to have to dig up the driveway.

  This was my second experience with Metro for maintenance on A/C and in both cases, the staff got back to me very quickly, they were on time and most importantly, they know what they are doing in taking care of an A/C system. They made appropriate recommendations for repair and upgrades. They also had parts on hand, so that no time was lost.   The actual issue was a septic tank backup. Called at 8:30 AM, technicians arrived shortly thereafter, actual repair workman a couple of hours later, repair completed very timely after that.   I had a major failure of my sewer drainage and septic tank and called Metro who were quickly responsive and came out next day to begin my week long repair. Every technician that came thru my house was so nice and helpful and explained to me exactly what they were doing. I did not have a small issue to fix so having Metro was great because they have so many resources available to take care of any plumbing problem. My total repair was not cheap but I feel total peace of mind knowing that they did it right and I will not have to worry about any future problems. I would recommend them 100%!

  There are times in life when you need a hero. When you come downstairs to find your toilet erupting like Mount Vesuvius it’s one of those times.   We just had Patriot come to our home to work on our HVAC system that was not working correctly. Zach Camp was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was! He answered all of my questions and helped me understand more about how my unit works and why the issue was occurring. He went above and beyond and also gave me a lot of helpful information about how to care for my unit! He was on time and very personable.   Came home late Monday night from work to find a busted water spigot and had to shut the water to the house off. I woke up early the next morning to call around and find a plumber. Patriot was the only one who could get me in by the next day. After a brief mix up that morning, the very polite and helpful woman at the office got Garrett to come out and help us. From the time he arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He capped off both water spigots for us and was very quick in doing so. The price he gave us for the work was more than fair, and he had the water back on with enough time for me to shower before work. Garrett and the lady at the office definitely turned a bad experience into a great one. He even referred me to Zach when asked about HVAC services. Would 100% recommend Garrett and will ask for him again if any future repairs are needed.

  I called on a Tuesday morning needing drain cleaning and repair. The lady on the phone was so nice and super helpful. Their only afternoon appointment I could make was a Thursday and she kept me on the “on call list” if any evenings opened up. They did end up calling on Wednesday with an opening but I wasn’t able to make it. When my appointment came, the office called to tell me when they would be arriving. The plumber arrived and was very nice and helpful. He explained all the steps he was doing. When checking for leaks, he ended up doing a quick clean of my sink as well. I would recommend to a friend and call them again for any other issues.

  Will not use their services again. Paid them $154 to be told they believed that the leak was coming from the HVAC system and therefore they could not fix it. The leak is coming from the bathtube. Mind you, they only spent about 30 minutes looking for the leak. If they had let the tube fill up and drain they would have seen this. I also did not get a receipt for the service call. What a waste of money.

  About 8 am this morning (9/8/21) I discovered my 13 year old water heater was leaking from the bottom. I called Chattanooga Water Heater Co. and spoke with Travis, he told me what to do quit leaking and they could be out later today. He and Kendall arrived at 12:00 pm and at 2:15 pm we were back in business with a brand new Rheem 50 gal. water heater. They did a great job and I’m very pleased with their work. Cleaned up and hauled off old unit! YES, I would use them again!
