  RAVING FAN of The Plumbing & Air Service Company

  I was in the market for a home generator system, and after talking to four other Generac dealers, I settled on The Plumbing & Air Service Company. Their price was in line with other local companies and overall, they had good reviews online. Their sales representative Jon came to my home, listened to my needs, surveyed my electrical and gas services and presented me with options. While most companies might try to sell you more than you need, that was not the case here… he quoted on a system that would meet my needs… not the largest and most expensive.

  I signed the contract, and the process started. The installation plan was presented and put on the calendar. Honestly, there were some hiccups as the process moved along; but, the company went above and beyond my expectations to address them and make sure I was happy.

  The electrical team, Johnny and Tony, were great! And likewise, so was the plumbing team (for the gas lines), Ethan and Tanner. They were prompt, courageous and professional. And, they cleaned up behind themselves! When the aforementioned hiccups happened, Taylor, the Manager of Operations became involved, and went the extra mile to insure my satisfaction… whatever it took.

  An installed home generator is not a small investment, and you want it done right. The Plumbing & Air Service Company did a great job and made me a raving fan!

  I just wanna give a huge shout out to this company, I’ve used them several times for various projects. Not only do they come out and do what they say they’re going to do they also give you a full inspection and a list of options of various price points and an honest opinion about which option might be best for you. I had them come out to fix my sink that had a rusted pipe but they did a full inspection and found that my plumbing system was in serious need of TLC, which makes sense my house is older, they provided photos and they provided me literally eight different options. I just recently use them to install a dryer vent and not only did they come out on time for the inspection and quote they were able turn around and do the installation the next day. I was not able to be home but they were in constant communication with me about what was going on and even gave me great advice about my next steps. I wish I remembered the peoples names that handled my plumbing but for the heating and air side Austin was absolutely amazing. Every step of the way from their dispatch, to their techs Was just wonderful. They are incredibly professional, incredibly kind, and so thoughtful with how they do things. Not a single footprint of mud or anything in my house they took every precaution. I’m not sure how their price point compares to other people because I literally will not go to anybody else, but for me it is within reason especially when they give you different packages that you can choose from to really get what you can out of your budget. I absolutely will call them back for any of my needs!!

  Sales rep Denny was awesome! His connection with me as a customer was very personable and he was the deciding factor to choose you over others for my purchase even though his quote was slightly higher than another company’s. He made me feel like I could trust him and the company he represents.

  The installation crew was very professional and courteous! They worked around my schedule as both I and my daughter both work here from home. They made sure that any work in our offices was competed before we had to begin working and were very good about keeping the noise to a minimum so that we were not disturbed while working.

  There was a problem in my house for water pressure and wanted to replace my kitchen faucet and small bathroom faucet.plumber (Hayden)came to my house today and fix everything for us.

  Roto-Rooter hands down was the best company to work with during a stressful time. Matt came to our home to assess the issue and assured us that we were in good hands. Taylor and Christian came out and really helped us understand the ins and outs of what was going on so we could move forward with the proper steps. These gentleman were all wonderful to work with.   Had another company come out tuesday and they did not listen to my issue. So they assumed it was the septic tank. $385 spent on nothing.
  Called roto rooter and he was nothing but helpful. Explained all he was doing along the way. Very nice and professional.
  Will definitely recommend to use roto rooter for your plumbing needs.

  Joel & Brandon came out today to do our Winter Service on our heating system, Just Great Technicians. All the courtesies of putting shoe covers on to asking about the system. They were able to correct a minor issue that could have turned into a major problem. They did not rush through the service call just First Class Service from start to finish. The office staff called and sent emails reminders prior to the service call and informed us when the Technicians were 15 Minutes from our home.

  Brandon & Greg came to my home to look at our plumbing unit for a consultation. They were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. They took their time answering our questions, assessing all of our units, and even made sure we knew safety protocols for our unit.   Rey and his assistant explained things well and did a good job, I think. I appreciated the company giving me an appointment on short notice. But the service was staggeringly overpriced (over $900 for a toilet repair that took under an hour and required just a few bolts and seals!), and I regret using it. The whole house inspection is the opportunity to recommend a package of services costing thousands of dollars. I deferred the other service I’d hoped to have done because I am sure I can find a more reasonably priced plumber to do it.

  The company called ahead to tell me the tech would arrive within 30min and he was there in about 10 min or less. Brandon was very professional and experienced. Gave me an estimate in a timely manner and explained every detail of each optional repair. He wasn’t pushy and showed no haste to my decision. He even asked if I had time constraints with the repair, which was nice. The repair itself was top notch and he provided pictures of before and after.
  I live in Kernersville now, and even though they helped me out in Greensboro, I wouldn’t mind using them again.

  My family had a well pump that had gone bad, and we had no water to our home. Master Plumber Heating & Cooling prioritized our call and dispatched two expert technicians to do a diagnosis and evaluation. The technicians, Brandon L and Zach, were professional and knowledgeable. They were also excellent communicators. I am truly grateful for their hard work and for getting the well water restored the same day. I only have good things to say about the service provided, but am now learning that the installation cost was very excessive.

  Hot water heater died at 7am. Called John’s at 7:15. Guys arrived around 2pm. Due to their schedule was going to have to wait 2 days for a new water heater. Some how they were able to send someone out at 5:30. Less than 4 hours later I got hot water again. Great company.

  John’s Plumbing is outstanding!! We recently had an issue where the abs tubing came apart for sewage drain, resulting in sewage accumulation in the crawl space. Jimmie (the plumber) came out and want above and beyond to repair the problem. His work ethic, creativity in plumbing repairs, professionalism, and interpersonal skills were all extremely impressive. He also helped in identifying a local water damage specialist that was immediately available for cleanup, drying, and full restoration of our crawl space — all at a reasonable price. Thanks to Jimmie we were able to keep our 2022 Thanksgiving travel plans. Experts like Jimmie make John’s Plumbing a gem among stones.

  Had water dripping from upstairs bathroom into downstairs laundry room, called middle of the night last night. Was able to get dripping stopped and Justin from John’s was at my door at 8:45am the next morning. He quickly figured out what the problem was, got it fixed and fixed a couple of other small things I had been procrastinating on and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Justin and Johns!

  We used them on a weekend and paid the additional monies for emergency service. We messaged them on Saturday and they showed up at about 7:15pm on Sunday. They told me it was an electrical problem and asked for $149, which I paid, and told me they have one electrician and he did not have anything in the morning and he would have him come out. After hearing nothing by noon I messaged them through the website and spoke to Danielle and explained everything you have read above and explained that I did not feel like I have gotten emergency service for their emergency fee. She said she would try to get the electrician to call me. By this time I was starting to see a pattern so I made a couple of phone calls and had a different electrician on the way, which he took 30 minutes to fix my problem. I did eventually get a phone call from their electrician at about 2:30 telling me he would be a bit longer. I did inform him that I was good and he did not need to come. I will say that all of the people that I spoke to at Johns were nice, but I feel they need to look at their idea of emergency service and what it should mean to them and their customers. I paid $149 for a key chain, ink pen and a magnet clip for my refrigerator along with two guys telling me I was right that there was no power on my hot water heater. I will cherish the pen and clip… the key chain isn’t good quality.

  We had an outdoor spigot that would not shut off completely and needed to be repaired before winter. I called All Plumbing Services of the Triad and scheduled a time for a technician to come assess the problem. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She ensured that I was aware of the $85 fee for a technician to come out which I appreciate being informed prior to scheduling the appointment. Two gentlemen came out. Chris provided us with a quote to fix the spigot which we found reasonable. He fixed the outdoor spigot but also fixed the leaky handles on our master tub (for an additional charge, of course). I highly recommend this company. Will likely use them for our water heater replacement.

  All Plumbing was amazing from the very first phone call. They were responsive to our issues and came out the next day. Sonny and Sunder were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to fix the problems. As we are in a recently purchased house and new to being on a well system, both gentlemen answered all of our questions and provided additional recommendations.
