  Imagine waking up to your furnace not working on a cold Saturday morning…we did just that today, 11/26/22. Concerned it being a weekend we would not be able to get services, I searched online and found this company. We had not used them before but based on their reviews, we decided to give them a try. They were very responsive and accommodating and here about 2 hours after our initial call. Heath Stine was our technician and was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. The extra $ we had to pay for a weekend visit was well worth it to receive the excellent services we did. I write this extensive Google review for those, who like us, may be looking for a service based on a company’s positive reviews. Thank you Variable Comfort Solutions, who will now become our “go to company” for any future HVAC needs.

  We noticed a leak in the shower Saturday morning and tried to get several people to come out over the weekend to fix it. Jacob sent someone out Sunday evening and everything was fixed by 8:30pm. Knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely use again!

  We had a busted hot water line in the wall on a weekend. They had a crew there within an hour of our call on a Sunday morning. Located the broken line in the wall, and repaired the leak. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for weekend work.

  There was lots of mis- communication between the office staff & plumbers. It took several attempts until they finally fixed out issue!!! But they seemed very knowledgeable & fixed our issue once all communication issues were resolved. But because of how long it took them to finally fix it, I’ll probably never use them again!!!

  Called them on September 27th and they sent someone out the same day and they inspected what I needed done. I called them again September 29th and was told they would contact Nathan who came to look at the job and see if he has the quote ready and they would call back. I called again on October 3rd and was told not necessarily rudely, but very bluntly that quotes take time to come up with. (Never heard of that before in my life. Max a week to give a quote). I was told they would call me when they have it ready. Here it is October 18th. Still no callback.

  They were quick to respond and send over a few plumbers to work on my clogged drain. However, when they left the drain still wasn’t working properly and they advised I just keep pouring boiling hot water down the drain. Which I did over the next few days. My drain still isn’t working correctly when I called back the plumber that did the work he told me his manager would be in touch to discuss other solutions. The manager did not call me. That was over a week ago and I still have a clogged drain. As a result I can not recommend this company.

  Dont waste your time and money like i did. You can’t count in this company at all.

  I called to schedule an estimate. They charge you close to a hundred bucks but when you schedule the repair that money goes towards it. My water was off so I was desperate. I paid it and attempted to schedule a repair to a leak in a water line. I had to call to even get the estimate because no one had contacted me in 3 days. I had taken a day off work and after waiting 2 hours from the time given to me I called to find they weren’t coming. Rescheduled it and they canceled again. Requested my refund since I attempted to book the job solely because I had put that money towards it but they would not refund it even after the horrible experience. I requested to have a manager call me, they couldn’t even manage that.

  Do not use this company. I will never recommend them to anyone. It’s a total rip off.

  I had bad experience, wouldn’t recommend this company.

  My home warranty company suggested this vendor, technician came in to our house, I think Chris is his name, he came in the day after rain and said the system is leaking, sent a proposal for $1,000 to the warranty company, they called me back and said whole system needs to be replaced. I did not buy that, I called another technician and paid myself, it was just a minor repair, electricity was not go into the condenser so the house was not cooling, he just replaced that part and everything is working fine now…

  Hutch was very rude, when I called their office to have them call the warranty company about the diagnosis, he was telling me that don’t call us back, We will call and let them know when we have time.

  I wouldn’t call this company unless no one in town is available for long time!!!! I’m glad that I didn’t trust this guy and replace the whole system for no reason!!!

  Called this business about providing me n estimate on a major remodeling of my home with a loan I am obtaining. Took them 3 days to even call me back after the receptionist told me that the project manager would call. But instead she calls me back 3 days later only relaying the message The project manager doesnt have the man power to do the job. I could see my commanding officer telling me that while defending our country in Iraq??? I dont think so….will never contact this company again…lost out on a 60K plus job…!!!

  This was the worst experience I’ve had with a contractor. It took them 5 months to even show up after a tree fell on my house. The drywall guy did a horrible job, used screen instead of patching with actual drywall. His mudding and sanding was horrible. I have had to go back and re-coat everything he did. I should have just done the work myself. I would never use this company again!
