  First company to have a human pick up the phone and Ethan was wonderful and got me scheduled ASAP on this freezing day in Dec. was only 50F in my house. He let me know about service plans they offered and discounts for the plans. Then the tech Matt came to the house and was VERY nice and wonderful as well. Didn’t make me feel rushed at all and explained anything I had a question about. Got my heat up and running within the hour. Totally recommending them to anyone.   This visit was an annual service on our Generac generator. Matt Wadsworth was our tech. He was awesome! He had been at our house once before and we had really liked his work. He arrived right on time. He changed the oil, the sparkplug and air filter. He checked our battery. I feel confident that our generator is heading into the winter season in top shape.

  Our A/C was blowing but no cold air.

  I called out Paitson, who installed the unit 7 years ago. Frank was on time and courteous. He showed me what was wrong and suggested ways the system could be repaired/replaced. I chose to have the A/C unit replaced with a newer model. Frank came out when the replacement unit was in hand and installed it within an hour and a half. He performed a final check of everything and recommended a recheck of the system two weeks after installation with no charge.

  Paitson provides old-fashioned service with a smile, never trying to sell something not needed or talking down to a customer who is not tech savvy. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

  Paitson Bros. had installed my heat pump (which includes air conditioning) a couple of months before. The installation was more complicated than usual. The installers worked from the morning until about 6 pm so that I would have A/C that night.

  When I tried to change the filter, I found that it was very difficult to insert it. On the same day I reported the problem, the repair manager came to my house. He altered the track for the filter to make it easier to insert. He also checked settings on my thermostat.

  I chose to buy my new heat pump from Paitson Bros. because their service on my old heat pump was timely and expert. I highly recommend Paitson Bros.

  I had used Supreme a few times for my heating and cooling services. I made an appointment for 8am. At 9am I called because no one came. They said they were at my house at 8am and I had dead animals in my yard and chickens so they left. Which was not the truth. I was very upset and appalled. The receptionist was very rude to me. I do not recommend them and I will never use them again.

  Supreme Plumber is synonymous to Shoddy Work Champions.
  A couple of months I called supreme plumbing to come fix my shower handle which was broke, they sent a guy in who told me he bought a new set to fix that and charge me heftily , for a couple of weeks it broke again, so I called them that this house is a new house and it took 6 years for this hand to develop an issue and you said you bought a new set when you came to fix it, how come its broke in just a couple of weeks so they sent a guy to fix it that shoddy work and again charged me on top of their shoddy work, just in a matter of a couple of weeks the same thing they claim to have fixed fell off again and I called them again reporting for the fact that the guys they are sending are not doing a good work so they send a new guy who fix it and worst this about this is that I have to pay 3 times for their shoddy work. I will advise the public to hire the services of a different plumbing company because Supreme Plumbing will pretend they have fix the issue only to take money away from them

  Had a sewage pump go out. Called Supreme. Very friendly and prompt service as they came within an hour. Walked in said it would be $1400 to replace the pump. Not including having the pit pumped out, they said I’d have to call someone else for that. Seemed like a lot but maybe that’s the going rate. If so, plumbers are ripping people off. My dad, son and I with ZERO experience with sewage pumps, sucked the pit out with a shop vac through the shower drain, went to Rankin and bought a $400 pump and what they wanted $1000 in labor for literally took 30 minutes (with no experience remember) taking the old pump out and putting the new one in. Thankfully I have a very handy dad and a son willing to help so I saved $1000.

  have used this company a few times. Service got
  worse & worse each time & prices got higher & higher.
  Final straw was when i had an entire AC unit installed
  April 2021. In April 2022 my AC did not work so I
  called. A tech came out & I had no freon. How is that
  possible? Less than a year old. Filled it & 2 days later
  empty again. Tech came again, found a broken &
  stripped coil T valve that was an error in the install. It
  took almost a week to get part replaced with multiple
  phone calls & no return calls. Then I was billed
  $1,779, which is 1/3 of the cost of the whole unit. Not
  to mention I was still under warranty & this was install
  error. I reached out to the owner 3 times with no
  return call or email. This company has wonderful
  techs, but that is the only good. Under no
  circumstances should I had been billed for any of
  those repairs. This was their error & the fact that
  nobody returned any of my calls or emails screams
  guilt! This company is price gouging & taking
  advantage of people. I asked what the rates are &
  Wes would never disclose that. Invoice never
  reflected any of labor either. They do not stand by
  their customers or their own work. This is not the first
  issue with them, just the FINAL one. Shady business!!
  CUSTOMER BEWARE! Get quotes up front before any
  work is done! Or better yet, just call a reputable
  company who stands behind their work & product &
  warranty!!

  Schalburg’s service, in my opinion, is top notch. I called 15 minutes before closing time they were scheduled and at my door at 8:30 AM the next morning. Charles their technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He answered our questions informed us about maintenance and fixed our AC in less than an hour.   I like how professional they are with their response. The customer service representative was very warm and friendly during the first conversation. She instantly understood my situation and provided me the assurance that she would have someone come and take a look. The technician who came to take a look was Bryce Emehiser. I found the service experience very informative and efficient. He went through the list of things to diagnose the problem very meticulously. He talked me through the process at strategic points during this the service. He also appeared to be warm and social. Always nice to have someone who knows what they are doing, communicates effectively, explains things patiently (being understanding when people do not know something). Would definitely recommend this business and this technician.

  Cracked furnace is no fun as to much carbon monoxide was being released into my rental house… Northern Comforts Systems was helpful to replace my furnace quickly.   I bought a furnace in 2018 from Northern Comfort and they installed it. I smelled gas afterwards and the gas company came out and found the furnace connections weren’t tightened correctly . Last year Northern Comfort installed a hot water heater and I still had a leak and found they hadn’t tightened the connections well. Last week my mothers furnace stopped working and she called Northern Comfort. They came out and told her she needed a circuit board ( a cost somewhere around $800) and that her seven year old furnace (that Northern Comfort installed) was not under warranty. They talked her into purchasing a new furnace and since it was THE LAST DAY of their buy one get a free air conditioner sale a new air conditioner too. They didn’t even look at her air conditioner. We had another company come out for a second opinion and they confirmed that she needed a circuit board BUT her furnace was still under warranty and the parts would be paid for. We canceled the Northern Comfort purchase and will not be calling on them again. They were having a buy one get one sale last fall when they put my water heater in. What a coincidence that last Friday was the last day of that sale. My mom is 87. Thanks for looking out for the elderly!

  Jaron was awesome!! He explained everything in great detail as to what the problem with my AC could be and made me feel like my issue mattered..
