  I have been a fan of the classes for several years but recently contracted this team of seasoned professionals to cater a meal for our family the night before my daughter’s wedding. They could not have done a better job and were simply amazing. In Polk county they are the absolute BEST catering option, so easy to work with, beautiful and delicious food and they cook it fresh on site. They arrived at 4:30pm for appetizers at 6pm and dinner to follow. Taking over the kitchen area and never needing any assistance from us allowing us to enjoy visiting with everyone. Afterwards they cleared plates and even loaded the dishwashers. You couldn’t even tell they had been there. I cannot say enough great things about this experience, you will not be disappointed!

  Been ordering cakes and party platters for the last 10 yrs and there’s a reason for always coming back, they are the best!! Perfect service, delicious food and beautifully decorated cakes.

  Sunday 12/26/2021 the day after Christmas chef Gene and his assistant (I am sorry but I do not recall her name) catered Publix Aprons for my family and It. Was. Fantastic! This is the second time Aprons has catered for my family and both experiences have been superb. They are courteous, informative, and put out some amazing food! All of it was great, but I will say the mushroom souffle, winter salad with beets, and creme bruleé were definitely some of my favorites. Big thank you to Chef Gene and his assistant for such a wonderful culinary experience!

  My daughter and friends had a great time preparing a meal for her 13th birthday at Whats Cooking! Ms Kim gave great instructions and a simple system for measuring the seasonings. Our empanadas and enchiladas were amazing. Yes, mom and dad joined the party too. 😊 The space provided is fun and I didn’t miss the details of using my girls favorite colors even in the cookware. It was my easiest party ever. All I had to bring were our cake pops. Everything else we needed including drinks were provided. My daughter said it was a lot of fun and she would do it again.

  My family loves What’s Cooking! Kimberly, the owner, is fabulous! I admire her passion for culinary arts and teaching the kids how to cook healthy and appetizing food. Everything our daughter has brought home from various classes has been delicious! My husband even asked for a few recipes and Kim was happy to share. What’s Cooking is an asset to our community as she is teaching kids a life skill in a fun and welcoming environment.

  The best team building event we’ve ever done! We highly recommend them! We learned how to properly chop shrimp for ceviche, got to see which of our co-workers had the best chopping skills, Kim really did a number on our palate, and we had the best time ever!
