  I test-drove a 2012 Hyundai Elantra with Michael Dodder and decided to hop on the opportunity to buy this car as my first car since I was car searching for months to no avail. Throughout this process, every employee I interacted with was looking out for my best interest. Michael and Justin worked out an affordable loan. Tina Holt assisted with finding the right insurance. Alan Niles also provided excellent customer service. They all worked together to find the most sensible route to getting this car. I’ve been driving the car for three weeks now and have no issues. They even replaced the tires so I don’t have to worry about that. I randomly met the previous owner when he came up to the car and said he knew it was his car that he traded in because he added the pinstripe and the spoiler and he took care of it for 10 years. He was pleased with the things Bob king fixed and said he buys all his cars here. Buying a car for the first time can be overwhelming, and you feel like everyone is out to scam you.   What a fantastic experience at Bob King Hyundai! This is the second 2023 Tucson we have purchased in the past week and this dealership and staff out performed the other dealership without question. We were not only pleased with the prices but with the trade in values we were given. The staff seemed happy to be at work and were all very pleasant. From the front desk, service, parts, sales to management everyone we encountered was fantastic! Bob in finance made sure we understood everything which we greatly appreciated. As for our phenomenal salesperson, Merv Howard you’re a ROCKSTAR! Merv is hands down the best salesperson either of us have ever worked with. I would buy another car from him without a doubt. The best part my husband now has this awesome new SUV.

  What a terrific car buying experience this was for our entire family! Our salesman James Ryan was professional, courteous and patient as he answered all our many questions. He made sure we got the vehicle we wanted within our price range. This included adding leather upholstery and removing pin stripes to make the car more appealing for us. He even offered to get us food after-hours while we waited for the car to clear detailing. It was a top notch experience from start to finish-all the staff we spoke to were jovial and courteous. We look forward to going back to Bob King Hyundai for our next vehicle and so should you!

  Tyler C at Bob King Hyundai is amazing! He reached out based on an online inquiry I did. From the moment I walked in the door he was attentive and focused on making sure I got taken care of.   My sticker was expired and I was a month late noticing it. I was in a panic. I googled for emissions shops and picked the closest to me. I am glad AC is down the road these guys were able to work me in and customer service was great. I had the new guy and he was confident and on top of his game. I appreciate the service they provided with the ride to my home because my vehicle had to wait for a part, and when It was ready they were able to pick me up. I even made to work on time that day. Thanks AC for a job well done.

  A trustworthy place with very polite service. Needed to get my car’s inspection done, my tags will be due soon. They had a bathroom, and a mini fridge with bottled waters and I think k-cups for coffee as well while you wait. While I was waiting they brought me a couple of my filters to show me how dirty they were. He asked if I wanted them to order new filters and let me know how much they’d cost. I went back for them to replace my filters a couple days later and they got it done in a few minutes. You can call and make an appointment which is nice, and their front desk staff is kind and attentive. Those working on the cars aren’t really coming up to the front much or making a ruckus like I’ve experienced in some places. There’s not a whole lot of sidebar personal conversation going on with the front desk staff either. AC Auto is professional and clean. Happy to keep going back and recommending them.

The guys who run the front end are knowledgeable and able to support their reasons for the services they suggest and the back end is quick. Been to them a handful of times now for various maintenance big and small and the service is always consistent. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

  They did a good oil change but told me that my Tahoe needed $1600 in front end work. I took the Tahoe to a reputable shop and was told that the front end is in good shape. Use your on judgment. Just saying.
