Hyundai never communicated with me about updates on my vehicle. Both places didn’t communicate about my vehicle, when and where to pick up my vehicle. When I finally came to pick up my vehicle it wasn’t clean. Black dirt marks on my seats and on door panels. My car wasn’t in good hands. Desire had bad Customer Service, I asked to not be placed on hold because I had been calling for two days with no one picking up, which she wasn’t even listening to my concerns and put me on hold. Troy was my service provider and never communicated with me. The paper work said called customer and customer was never called. Daniel Morrisey is supervisor, I called and left message.
