  Charlie and his mechanics were able to have my car work taken care of day off. They took time to explain the issue with my vehicle to me and possible solutions to remedy those issues. His team was reasonable in price and were excellent with communication during the repair process. They took the car for a test drive once repairs were complete to verify the issue had been resolved and no other issues were introduced. Overall I highly recommend their repair shop.

  I was pretty impressed with the service given by Charlie and Tony. They were both very honest and pretty helpful. The price for diagnostic was reasonable and fair. Charlie made sure that all issues were addressed before I left. If you are looking for an old fashioned, home town mechanic with excellent service, then this is the place to visit.

  All the great reviews are justified. Finding a great mechanic is such a relief! Excellent service and very knowledgeable. I first called to explain my vehicle issue and they almost named the problem over the phone. Brought my SUV in and they fixed it quickly and efficiently.   What a great experience and quality service. I am so glad to have found Charlies repair shop. He takes pride in his business and workmanship. I received a full diagnosis, pics of every component with a description of explanation. Having this data put me at ease knowing i was in good hands and my vehicle was getting the service it required. Again the technical experience was gratifying knowing the repair was on point and cost was very fair. Charlie didn’t rush the job, kept me informed along the way and even called me late at night from home because he couldn’t get a hold of me. He cares for his customers and demonstrates that well.   Had my spark plugs replace on my X1. I loved that I was told in advance that if it was something outside of his scope, he would refer me to a reputable shop that specializes in BMW and Mercedes. I loved that he was honest and did not try to take advantage of me. I got an appointment quickly, my car was taken care of same day. He did not charge an arm and a leg. He was very fair. I will definitely be utilizing his services whenever I need and have shared information with others.

  My truck had a bad engine coolant thermostat. I made an appointment for 9:00 AM and dropped it off. They fixed it and I was back on the road by 1:30. The truck works great now. Their prices were spot on with the average prices listed online for the repair. Their manager was very professional as well. I will definitely go back for future repairs and have recommended them to co-workers.

  I dropped my car off late at night after getting it towed here, just found the place on Google and decided to roll the dice. They took great care of the problem and replaced both of the fuel pumps on my Charger. Jonathan was very courteous and professional. I like to turn a wrench myself, but I haven’t had much time lately with a newborn…so I will be bringing my car back to them soon for more work. They even waited up for me as I was stuck in traffic on my way to pick up the car past their closing time. Great dudes.

  I paid 1600 dollars for a transmission main seal repair and after much push for a valve cover leak that i wasn’t considering as important.. In driving only 60 miles. The same problem of blowing out transmission fluid happened again. I also ran a carfax on my Vin, and nothing about the transmission was mentioned. Even though this is the entire reason of trusting this company with my vehicle. I had placed gasket material on the bottom of the transmission to slow the leak before driving it to the shop. That material is untouched, including over bolts they would have to remove for the job. This shop didn’t do the job paid, and I’m now stranded in Florida because of it. Not acceptable. I plan to sue as I have before and after photos proving the transmission was never removed for the paid service.

  They were honest with me from the start. Had to wait longer than I wanted, but everyone is having a hard time hiring good help. They kept me informed and always apologize for taking so long to get me done. Well not take my BMW to anyone else.
