  I got a flat tire and it was also time to replace all 4 tires. I called that morning to get an appointment that day. They were super busy and it did take 3 hours which is why 4 stars. They also got water and snacks for me and my dog. The mechanic recommended a warranty fix in the steering wheel that is making some noise. They had construction going on as well and the tent is where you pull your car for service which I thought was a little strange but with everything going on it does help to see where to pull in!

  I just got my 2nd oil change at this location for a Hyundai Accent, and the service was exemplary. The service advisor in particular was exceptional. Personable, helpful, efficient. My job is often customer facing, so I greatly appreciate good work from other people who do that, and Tyler stood out to me. I was also very impressed that there was no attempt at all to up-sell me. That is another mark to me of a good car service facility. I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my future servicing needs, and recommend them to any Hyundai owner.

  We’ve been buying our cars at Buerkle for nearly 20 years. What we like about this dealership is that it’s consistently low key, a relaxed environment and everyone here is so down to earth, warm and inviting. They also allow you to test drive on your own or with your spouse or partner without tagging along — something I think any car buyer would greatly appreciate. It adds to the relaxed experience, for sure. We purchased a new vehicle this week. Our sales rep was Garrett. He was wonderful to work with. We never felt anything but genuinely respected and we never felt pressured in any way. Our financial rep, Meghann was phenomenal too. Both made this experience smooth and easy for us. Garrett even went the extra mile (unprompted) to take us out to our new vehicle after purchase and spent a while walking us through the inner workings of the computer system, all the apps and how they work. He synced my phone and my husband’s phone with the car for us, showed me how to get to play the music from my phone, how to make and receive calls, and more. I appreciated this so much as I knew absolutely nothing about how to navigate such a modern set up in this newer car as I’d never had to before. If you visit any other dealerships in this area, then visit Buerkle, you will see the difference, believe me. This place is the best.

  Wow, one of best service experiences I’ve ever had. Adam our service advisor, spent lots of time prior to us leaving our vehicle, understanding what need to be checked out. During the time of service he was very communicative and timely with details. Our car was done exactly when he said it would be. I’d say Buerkle Hyundai service team has a great system in place and I’d highly recommend them.

  I had my new vehicle wrapped for chips and had a treatment done to prevent rust. I am overall satisfied with the work that was done. I am mostly impressed with the purchasing of the vehicle at Morrie’s. It was fairly simple and straightforward.   Wouldn’t replace a factory warranty because money is more important than honoring the customer. To Morrie’s response below: 1. You spent more time finding this review and responding then helping me out. 2. I assume, since you called it, that first time customers will have a harder time getting you to honor your own warranty. 3. Yes, a hole was drilled into the window regulator to keep it from falling down in the middle of a Minnesota winter!!! How do your first time customers fix windows when we have to wait three weeks to get out cars in for an appointment? 4. The regulator was faulty and you know it. Do you think I had a hole drilled into it for fun? 5. Thank you for not replacing a $100 piece and trying to charge me $1200. 6. Malarkey.

  Went in for my oil change and Jerry took care of me. He was amazing. Met me at the car, told me what would happen start to finish, and guided me to where I could sit. Offered me refreshments and told me he would check back and that he did. Got in an out in about 45mins and car looked great on the inside. Very clean and friendly place.

  Fantastic experience. I sat and waited while the work was done and the car was returned within an hour and vacuumed in the front interior seats. No extra upselling of unnecessary repairs or upgrades, very communicative about what work was being done and what was covered by the maintenance warranty, and overall a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

  It was a great experience. However, they said I needed a new battery and showed me a printout from the device they used to test it. On my way home I stopped at two different places to have the battery reassessed and in both cases it turned out to be fine.
