Decent wash for the price, and really love the free use of vacuums. Last few times they have really put a focus on the subscription. Real focus, and the young people they’re used to probably getting their way using employ a hard sell, which is cute the first time maybe second. The last visit only two cars in front so decide to get a wash. It was Saturday and usually very busy on that day. Get to the staging area and no one is there. After a few minutes they come out from where ever they were and begin to check cars in. Long story short four cars that I was a head of went in before me, as in the wait time many other cars had come up. So the attendant finally gets to us I clearly state just the wash do not want another subscription. This person then proceeds to try to sell me one. I once again clearly state just the wash please. So another car goes ahead of me. Now I’m fine with peoples efforts and understand what they are trying to do.I was in line first and when others get to go ahead of me because of these efforts it’s kind of a bother. Was I curt with the attendant maybe, but I was waiting for no good reason. They even had the cover when I went back to file a claim. The acting manager at the time told me their blowers are too powerful and have been known to rip things off cars. I just got a phone call from the acting manager today who said he saw the tail light cover get blown off on the camera feed but they don’t cover damage that occurs at the blowers because anything that happens there is considered to have occurred due to wear and tear on vehicles. How is the other side of the vehicle perfectly fine, but the driver’s side is somehow plagued by wear and tear that would cause such damage? I can understand it this happens to someone with a rough looking car, but I take pride in making sure my vehicle is well taken care of. I’ll be contacting HQ to try and get this sorted out because their response at the store level is absolutely ridiculous.
