I’ve had memberships at jet splash, which didn’t do the best job cleaning and the lines were terrible. Also tried Tommy’s which was better than jet splash and there were almost never lines. But it would constantly miss spots on my car such as around the license plate on the back side. Rocket car wash leaves nothing untouched. I would say they’re scrubbers are the most aggressive of all the car washes. Plus the vacuums, carpet cleaners, towels and sprays for interior cleaning are something the other car washes in town do not have. My only gripe is the tire and wheel scrubber at the end of the car wash does not do a very good job. I can see dirt still in the inside of my wheels. Plus it seems to leave some kind of oily residue on my tires. Meaning if you bump into your tires or touch them it leaves black all over your clothes or hands. Only other gripe the self service carpet cleaners have a drainage issue in the bottom pan. This causes water to collect in that pan then when your carpet is done it throws it in the bottom pan completely soaking it. When I first bought my membership over 6 months ago this was not an issue and my carpets would always come out almost dry. Seems like they need to do some maintenance around there. On a positive note wait times to get in are always short. But for some reason their license plate reader fails to read my license plate half the time. Wish they had an app to manage membership.
