- Reviews:I am a repeat customer (two leases, one cash purchase) at this location because of my previous great experiences. Today, however, was not the same. I brought my car in for a routine oil change service and waited for almost 3 hrs. (With an appointment). Texting periodically to the number provided to see if I could be updated with a status after considerable time had passed. I never received any responses. I finally received a message when my car was ready. When I got into my car, I found leaves and dirt on the dash. I did not drop my car off in that condition and certainly did not expect to receive it back in any other way, but the way i provided it. Today, I did not receive the service I have become accustomed to, and that is disappointing.By L J (a month ago)First of all I was about an hour early for my scheduled appointment but they got me in anyway. I was given a full inspection of my vehicle, brakes, suspension, belts, battery, etc. During the inspection they had posted a video of what they were inspecting and on the actual inspection, and that was impressive, as well as the narration of what needed attention and what all was good. They were great at communicating and trying to get me the lowest price possible as i was paying out of pocket. Great experience with the crew that was very accommodating and patient with me. I was told I would be called back in 5 minutes on three different occasions and was not contacted, I had to call back hours later just to be told the same thing. Attempting to charge $1100 for routine maintenance and not even a wiper fluid refill to be found? These people are criminal. AVOID. Shady service, came in for a routine maintenance check, received no quote until they took my car back and did everything already including services they pushed and “pre approved” on my behalf because of “the request I made the appointment under online” without ever discussing it with me in person before handoff. Conveniently no managers on duty to assess the situation and they tried to charge me $1,100 for MAINTENANCE with services I didn’t ask for. My advisor was unresponsive and unreachable throughout the service, and I had to speak with multiple employees on-site to even get an explanation of what services I was charged for because some invoiced services were simply numbers with no service description.
