- Reviews:They didn’t pay off our trade-ins like they should. They wrote the wrong checks for the wrong amount and sent them to the banks. Took over 30 days just get the wrong checks mailed out. Then they still sent the wrong amount to one of the banks and we still owe 79.00$ as of right now, on a truck I traded-in that they have probably sold. They said it would be easier for us to just pay the left over amount. And we went through the proper channels to get things straightened out and they didn’t want to deal with us. Every excuse you could think of. All the way down to “sorry our computers are under maintenance for the next 3 to 4 hours”,, at a dealership middle of the day??? It was always someone else problem to deal with us. You are better off going to Houston or any other surrounding area and trade or buy a vehicle. It’s back in the shop and after two months, the service advisor said “you’re going to need to jump through a few hoops.” There are no hoops left to jump through. I’ve taken off work multiple times to do what the almighty “TECH LINE” wants, rented cars, waited in the service center for hours…. and my car still isn’t running. The local advisor told me to come pick it up today, and when I got there, it wouldn’t start. It’s still there sitting in the parking lot as we speak. Will I ever get my car back and have it work as it should? Your guess is as good as mine. Also, none of this is hyperbole. I have all of the documentation to prove that this, unfortunately, is not a joke. The service advisor told me to pick my car up to have us do the oil consumption test, again, and it wouldn’t start. He had an attitude and said “the battery will die after a week or so if you just let it sit.” I was dubious, and when I brought it up, he said “oh, you know how it all works? I guess I just work here.” This was after he opened the hood to jumpstart a hybrid. Guess he doesn’t know as much as he thinks he does. Edit: two months later and my car still isn’t done. I was just told that they haven’t even put it on the schedule with a technician yet. Another edit: Aaaaaand it’s back in the shop again. I was told that it’d be done by Friday, June 10.
