I had to have a tire replaced at Discount Tire 2 months after I purchased my car. It’s noticably different than the other three and it’s still my right rear tire. Never rotated. This is the second time this has happened at two different dealerships. The key to a GOOD business is to- UNDER PROMISE AND OVER DELIVER. The employee at the facility gave me an estimated completion date of around early February but I only had to keep my car there for TWO days versus a month. The car looks beautiful and I have no issues with the repairs at all. I will be recommending this place to everyone. Great service, thank you so much for the quickness in your work while also being incredibly detailed. I worked through my insurance and had to file a claim for this. The entire process from getting into the accident, filing the claim, and getting my repairs done was a total of 3 days. Spoke to someone Friday morning and we were told that it would be looked at on Friday or Monday. Received a call on Monday that the car was repaired. Didn’t charge me anything to find the leak I had and put the spare on for me. After considering my options for a day I went back to buy a new tire from them because they were so helpful. The service manager was uncertain if they could handle it since they don’t normally work on VW’s but agreed to check with his mechanic. They were able to do it and it went very well.
