- Reviews:The salesman, R. Monsen was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He was very helpful and even followed up with me after the sale to answer any of my questions. I was very pleased with my experience at Glenbrook Hyundai.By Jane Maus (8 months ago)Super friendly staff. Worked hard to give me options to stay within my budget. Also best warranty in the business. Also got free standard maintenance for 3 years (oil changes and tire rotation). My first Hyundai, and am very impressed so far. Thank you!By Javi Roo (5 months ago)I had a wonderful experience buying my newest vehicle from Glenbrook Hyundai with Ken Holden! He was so efficient and helpful when I came to test drive while on a time crunch and I returned a few days later when I had extra time and drove away in a new vehicle!! He was very personable and made sure I was happy with the decisions I was making as this was my first time buying a car on my own. The other workers were very friendly as well – I would highly recommend this establishment and Ken!By Kelci Gilbert (2 weeks ago)Great service from the moment we got there. No pressure which was good. Dominick ( our sales man) was phenomenal! The finance person at the end was also awesome and very informative. I definitely will be referring them to my friends and family.By Mona Senter (2 months ago)I didn’t have a good experience from the start. 1.) When I made my appointment on the phone, I mentioned I would need sunshade clips because mine were missing. When I pick up my vehicle, all I got was a quote for the clips. Why else would the customer mention this BEFORE the appointment? 2.) Communication: I was told it would take “most of the day” to have my car complete. I understood it would take all day because we’re getting it detailed and 2 recalls addressed. However, I just wanted to be kept “up to date” about the progress of my vehicle (one of the things the Hyundai CX Survery touched on, I might add.). I called at 2:45PM and was told the person assigned to my vehicle was “out to lunch” and would “be back in 15 minutes” and I “would get a call back”. I waited until 3:30P for that phone call and was never called. I called back I was told that he was “still at lunch”. It wasn’t until an hour later, at 4:30PM that I called back a third time. I spoke to someone and then they finally got my advisor on the phone. I explained my frustrations and he said the car was ready. The whole point of calling at 2:30 was to simply inquire when my advisor believes the car would be ready — because it was ready before end of day. Had I known, I would have asked for the shuttle and been there at the time it was complete. 3.) Completeness: I had an interior car detail service, however, I found certain places like when the back seats go down, that were never touched in the trunk/back of the car. 4.) Lastly, I when I addressed my concerns with someone (that wasn’t my advisor), I felt like I was just getting excuses. “Your service advisor was probably just busy with other customers.” So I’m not a customer? He couldn’t take 2 minutes to call me with an update? The Hyundai Survey has a question about was I kept updated about my service? No, I wasn’t because I had to call multiple times myself. Next time I think I’ll go elsewhere, except when I need to address the still outstanding recall that Hyundai still hasn’t a fix for yet.By Nick Turpchinoff (a month ago)

- Reviews:Great experience. I brought my classic car in for an alignment and they were ready to go when I got there, they took extra care with the car, and got it done right. Very pleased. My “go to guys” now.By Dave McDaniel (4 weeks ago)In the process of removing my rear license plate on my Lexus I broke one of the two rusty screws holding the plate on. I then decided I needed help removing the remaining portion of the broken screw and thought of Meineke since it was nearby to my residence. I took it in, a technician looked at it, and we made an appointment. At the predetermined appointment time the service writer wrote the ticket up she said she was writing it up for an hour but if it was less I would be charged less. Occasionally I looked outside, where the mechanic was working on my car in the parking lot, and didn’t see much progress being made although I was a good seventy feet away. It started to rain but he was out there a bit and after a while he moved it inside to a bay that had been empty a while. (All along there were some bays that were empty from the time I arrived until I left). At that time I was within fifteen feet of him and could observe him closer. It appeared he removed the screw in about fifteen minutes. The remainder of his time there he disappeared where I couldn’t see him or he was trying to find a proper screw from the bunch he brought back. Eventually, when he was about completed, I noticed he had installed my license plate frame was BEHIND the plate. I informed him of this and he corrected it. Less than an hour after the job was started the service writer told me it was finished and I mentioned I should get the veterans discount (the license plate actually is a Navy Veteran plate). She then told me that’s only for parts and doesn’t apply in this case. I was then given the invoice and it was $163.84. $163.84 !!! I asked what their hourly costing rate and was told that was it. Incidentally, on the back of the single page receipt I was given is printed very lightly and illegibly printed statement of warranty (?) of some sort with printed framework around the border. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will never return to Meineke and be sure to inform fiends.By Robert Wantz (3 months ago)I took my car in last year to see about the check engine light. They ran a test and told me it was just an electrical issue with the light and my car was fine. Honesty will get you everywhere and I now use them exclusively for repairs and they do a great job.By Ridley Sandidge (4 months ago)I brought my van limping in after getting a nail in my tire. The staff were very friendly and efficient in repairing my tire. I was told that the front control arms needed replaced soon because they were deteriorated to the point that they could go at any time and I would lose control while driving. They came out as I was pulling away to emphasize that I need to have the $1,000+ repair they recommended for the safety of my children. I had my van looked at by my mechanic family member and in reality there was no such issue. So they are good for issues you know you have, but seek a second opinion on the issues they “find”.By Crista Overy (3 months ago)I had a referral for lug replacements. Staff (Jason, Shane) very friendly and helpful! The waiting area was very welcoming and very clean! The restrooms were spotless! I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this car repair shop.By Anita Payton (3 weeks ago)
