  These guys men and woman are great. We needed a new furnace a week before thanksgiving. No one else could get us in before 12/12. They got our furnace in for the best price possible. My husband who really needed to be with his family is able to spend Thanksgiving with the whole family warm and sage and happy.

The technician, Juan, was on time, courteous, and had a diagnosis in just a few minutes. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

  Plumbing issues are never something anyone wants to deal with, but Shane made this process so much easier than it could have been. He was polite, kind, helpful and so friendly. He checked with us before everything he did, he was careful in our home and made sure we were OK with what ever he was needing to do. Once he detected the issue he was quick about getting it repaired and cleaned up once he was all done. We highly recommend Shane and this company. I hope we won’t be having issues again anytime soon but if we do we know who to call.

  Kirsten called half hour prior to her arrival. very professional, courteous and exact with her arrival time.
  When she arrived she went through procedures of detecting and fixing the problem. Very polite and well spoken while doing so.
  Once problem was detected, she did a courteous job of explaining why the problem happened, not just that it was a problem and explained it in general terms. I personally know very little about plumbing, found it nice that it was explained in terms that I could understand. Once I agreed upon the repairs, Kirsten was quick to call for supplies and begin the project. The repair were done in a timely manner and at price quoted. I was very happy with the procedure.

  We had two representatives visit us this morning, both good experiences.

  The first was Jeff to do our heating unit maintenance check. He called ahead and was on the minute in arriving. He was most cordial and proceeded to do the job in a very efficient and thorough manner. Jeff advised me about a question concerning my humidifier connected to the furnace, and a question I had about covering the A/C unit. Most informative and appreciated. We were very pleased with his work and attitude. I am sure he is a valuable member of your team.

  As Jeff was giving his report to us, Shane arrived or his plumbing projects.

  Shane called before coming and was right on time. We went over a rather long and varied list of bath (4) and kitchen maintenance and replacement items. He provided us with a complete price for the list of work requested and, with our okay, proceeded to do his work in a very efficient and clean manner. He was very responsive when we had questions, advising us if we asked how to prevent problems related to the work being done and what to watch for. I have already started my next list of jobs for Shane involving some kitchen upgrades coming when I get my act together. He represents Northwest in the very best manner.

  It was a very positive and helpful experience for us for our first outing with Northwest, and you will be top of our list for future work. See you in the spring for the A/C check, if not before.

  Wes was very nice and super professional. He came in and explained the process and my options. Once he finished installing the water heater he walked me through the new system to check and see if I had any questions. He even offered to clean a dirty spot on the steps left by the old unit and sweep up all the leaves that blew in when they were bringing the new heater in.

  The two gentlemen who delivered the heater were very kind and courteous as well.

  We had a slow draining toilet that needed to be looked at and then decided to have them look at a persistently clogged drain that another company told us was hopeless and just needed to be replaced. Well, Ryan did the impossible! In less than an hour he fixed the toilet drain issue AND the sink we’d given up on! Super helpful and informative on what he was doing at each stage, Ryan just saved us thousands of dollars because we’d been told we should just rip out the piping. Incredible service, great tech 🙂

I can call 10 contractors and maybe 1 will call back. If you just want to only take commercial business that is fine, then remove residential from your offerings.

  I recently purchased a home with a home warranty. Shortly after moving in the water heater stopped working. It was a 2008 and the home warranty’s contractor was going to be a few days to even come look at it. Not being a fan of cold showers I decided to replace it. Within about 30 minutes of talk to them Dustin was here and ready to work. Very professional, knowledgeable and quick. In about an hour or so I was back to having hot water.   Technician was very knowledgeable and very fast. He made fast progress replacing shutoff valve. He checked all the shutoffs in our condo and saved us money not replacing what was not needed.   We had multiple issues with our commercial HVAC system before it was finally running right. Wyatt was out to repair same day within a couple hours every time we called. He was professional, got the job done, and made sure to keep me informed of what was done or needed to be done. He even came out to be sure it was working properly when we weren’t quite sure, which we later discovered was because the fan was running better than it ever had so it actually made us think there was still a problem 🤦🏻‍♀️ That’s how good he fixed it!! 😄 Thanks Lynch for your responsiveness, great customer service, and rapid response times.
