  Go Green Plumbing charged me $1473.15 and I still do not have a working kitchen sink. They charge $69 to come do an assessment. The plumber that came was too busy worrying about the other plumbing in the house instead of installing the plumbing in the kitchen as I called him to do. He initially quoted a price of over $2000 just to re-install plumbing under the sink. I told him I would just pay the $69 for the assessment and get it done another time. Then he said, my manager has some specials to let me go to the truck and see what I can offer you. He came back with $1473.15 and I agreed. Then he’s working and says we have a problem the pipe coming from the wall is too high and I can’t connect the pipes coming from the sink to it. He said his manager said that may be an issue before he even started but the plumber continued to try anyway. So, this tells me they knew during the assessment that they could not hook up the pipes correctly. He says well since I can’t complete the job I will only charge you half the cost. I said that’s fine. He said let me go to my truck and see how much it would be to move the pipe to the correct position. He comes back and shows me the tablet with an additional cost of $1056.83. Then he said he talked to his manager, the manager says I have to charge you full price because I started the job. They charged me $1473.15 and I don’t have a working sink!! Also, the customer service rep called when I answered, she hung up the phone. She called back then left a message, She clearly knew I was upset but didn’t want to speak with me directly. This company takes advantage of people. I will be writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau and speaking with my credit card company to see my recourse for this incomplete job.

  Had Go Green come out to install a water heater recently. They got out here within a few days and replaced my 12 year old failing water heater for me. My tech Evan was very professional and made good recommendations. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend using Go Green.

  Our tech, Ross, was very personable and knowledgeable. He checked our entire house, troubleshooting for any other issues, before addressing the things he was scheduled to repair. He presented everything clearly and concisely, offering options where applicable. He worked efficiently and was respectful of our property.
  I have also been exceptionally pleased with the fact that the company stays in constant communication. I get texts and emails and reminders of my appointment times, I get phone calls alerting me that the tech is on his way. My initial appointment visit had to be rescheduled, but they called as soon as their conflict arose, and were very gracious to work with my schedule.

  All of the Go Green employees I have interacted with have been professional and have delivered as promised! Ross Baxter came out to our home to look at several pluming issues that need attention. He was thorough and very personable. He took time to listen to my questions and offer his expert opinions. He created several pricing options so we could make a decision that best fit our budget. Once we decided on our option, Meghan worked with me to schedule a time that would fit into my busy schedule. I really appreciated that she made sure we knew that we chose the option where we agreed to provide the toilets so that there were no surprises. Kim called me the day of to let me know Ross Baxter was on the way and he arrived on time. Ross installed two new toilets and he did an outstanding job.   I used Aurora Pro Services to install a backup safety kit and a power inlet for my generator and also they upgraded my circuit breakers. Johnathan was very helpful by suggesting what I needed to be done to accomplish my goal for back up power for my house. The office staff was very polite to talk to, they made you feel very at ease. The team that was sent out were on time and very professional. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. After the job was done Johnathan came back to make sure all work was done properly.   We had someone come out to give us a quote for installing/replacing 3 pendant lights and 2 recessed lights. It was $89 just for him to come give us the quote. He was very nice and professional- no issues there. The pendants are relatively low cost and small, with prices at $50, $250, $350. The electrician initially asked me what I thought it costs… He then proceeded to tell me it would be $700 PER LIGHT for the pendants. When I shared my confusion about how a $50 mini pendant (over the kitchen sink) costs $700 to install he told me that this is a typical price because of liabilities. So are you not insured?! When he gave me the actual quote he came down to $400/light instillation. Two days later we got a quote from another local very reputable company. They quoted the service at $315 TOTAL. Not for each light, for the entire job. And it cost $0 for them to come to the house to give an estimate.

  Vincent was my service person and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. He was here until late in the evening and had to crawl through a very small crawlspace under the house to complete the work. He did all this with complete professionalism and a great demeanor.   There was a problem in my house for water pressure and wanted to replace my kitchen faucet and small bathroom faucet.plumber (Hayden)came to my house today and fix everything for us.

  Roto-Rooter hands down was the best company to work with during a stressful time. Matt came to our home to assess the issue and assured us that we were in good hands. Taylor and Christian came out and really helped us understand the ins and outs of what was going on so we could move forward with the proper steps. These gentleman were all wonderful to work with. Taylor took point in communicating updates and helping us walk through the process, we could tell he was dedicated in ensuring our home and our family had the best care.   Had another company come out tuesday and they did not listen to my issue. So they assumed it was the septic tank. $385 spent on nothing.
  Called roto rooter and he was nothing but helpful. Explained all he was doing along the way. Very nice and professional.
  Will definitely recommend to use roto rooter for your plumbing needs.
  Very satisfied with the work done, completed, and best of all fixed! He stuck around, having us run different items such as faucets and washing machine just to be on the safe side. I really appreciated that. As opposed to the other place i used earlier this week.

  Joel & Brandon came out today to do our Winter Service on our heating system, Just Great Technicians. All the courtesies of putting shoe covers on to asking about the system. They were able to correct a minor issue that could have turned into a major problem. They did not rush through the service call just First Class Service from start to finish. The office staff called and sent emails reminders prior to the service call and informed us when the Technicians were 15 Minutes from our home.

  Brandon & Greg came to my home to look at our plumbing unit for a consultation. They were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all things plumbing.   Rey and his assistant explained things well and did a good job, I think. I appreciated the company giving me an appointment on short notice. But the service was staggeringly overpriced (over $900 for a toilet repair that took under an hour and required just a few bolts and seals!), and I regret using it. The whole house inspection is the opportunity to recommend a package of services costing thousands of dollars. I deferred the other service I’d hoped to have done because I am sure I can find a more reasonably priced plumber to do it.

  The company called ahead to tell me the tech would arrive within 30min and he was there in about 10 min or less. Brandon was very professional and experienced. Gave me an estimate in a timely manner and explained every detail of each optional repair. He wasn’t pushy and showed no haste to my decision. He even asked if I had time constraints with the repair, which was nice. The repair itself was top notch and he provided pictures of before and after.
  I live in Kernersville now, and even though they helped me out in Greensboro, I wouldn’t mind using them again.

  My family had a well pump that had gone bad, and we had no water to our home. Master Plumber Heating & Cooling prioritized our call and dispatched two expert technicians to do a diagnosis and evaluation. The technicians, Brandon L and Zach, were professional and knowledgeable. They were also excellent communicators. I am truly grateful for their hard work and for getting the well water restored the same day. I only have good things to say about the service provided, but am now learning that the installation cost was very excessive.

  I called Plumbing & Air Service on a Tuesday and, they told me I would be the second call of the day the very next day. I figured the plumber would arrive late morning. The plumber, Jacob, showed up at 2pm, shortly before another scheduled appointment I had. He told me he could get the work done that today or the next. He sent me a written estimate, and I immediately called the company to request he called me back. It’s now Thursday and no one ever called me. They did happily take my check for the service call. Save your money and call a company who will respond and communicate. Not to mention, I found a licensed plumber to do the work for a fraction of the cost.

  I told the receptionist to have the plumber call me when he was on the way. I didn’t want to waste his time or mine. So when he called I told him my problem was with a saniflo pump and I was sure it needed a part and I asked if he was familiar with them and could he get parts for them . He said yes he’d worked on them before and could get parts. After arriving it was clear he didn’t know anything about saniflo and multiple times I tried to tell him about a part called a membrane that covers the switch and I was 99percent sure that is what I needed and every time I tried to tell him,I couldn’t complete a sentence without him interrupting me suggesting other things or suggesting I might need a whole new system. He said he would check on parts and get back with an estimate. That’s been about 2 weeks and he never even called back. In the meantime I got the part I needed from saniflo in new Jersey through FedEx and fixed it myself. He could have been professional enough to call and say he didn’t want the job or didn’t have the experience.. I missed time at work to meet him that day after clearly telling him on the phone what it was and what it needed. Don’t call these people for you plumbing problem.

  They arrived promptly and provided me with a few estimates. I was very happy with their work at first. Sure they tried to sell me a toilet instead of repair the one I had, but that’s just the job, I get it. Well, suffice it to say that the toilet I had them fix (for almost $1000) “suddenly” had a fracture in the tank after they left, causing the leak to be far worse than it had been. The same repairman (Jeremiah) came into the store the next day SUPER defensive about how someone else MUST have broken the toilet after they left, and now I have to buy a new toilet and have them install it. It was almost comical but more frustrating. I would not recommend them. Getting someone else to replace the toilet for sure.

  Will not be using these services again. It cost $350 just to come check out our home and that’s without fixing a thing. ( I was told on the phone there was a 49$ special- Don’t be fooled this is only the dispatch fee) We were then told we needed $20,000+ in repairs. Most were clearly overpriced, $2500 for 2 new shower valves? $7,200 to drain repipe for “ peace of mind” ? – No thank you Im not stupid. They did not break down cost vs labor in their invoice. I truly feel that they threw many unnecessary things at us and because we are new home owners had expressed that we are inexperienced with this sort of thing, thought that we would just tell him to go ahead and do it. I don’t do business with people like that so we will be taking our business elsewhere. Giving 2 stars only because they arrived very quickly and our plumber was polite.

  We were on vacation and came home to wet carpeting and bubbled up flooring in our living and family rooms. We don’t know how long that had been going on but the plumbing service sent someone out immediately even though they were booked up. They found the leak and they handled it and even found a second leak. I’m just so glad to have it taken care of the same day that we found the issues. Of course we will have to have remediation and other work done but the plumbing aspect of it is handled. We have used this company numerous times
