  These guys men and woman are great. We needed a new furnace a week before thanksgiving. No one else could get us in before 12/12. They got our furnace in for the best price possible. My husband who really needed to be with his family is able to spend Thanksgiving with the whole family warm and sage and happy.

  I called for service on a leaking water heater and they scheduled an appointment for the very next morning (although they do offer emergency appointments and could have come same day for an extra fee). The technician, Juan, was on time, courteous, and had a diagnosis in just a few minutes. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

  Jimmy was very professional and was able to clean our clogged pipe easily! He was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. He also gave us tips on how to keep our pipes from clogging again! Hopefully we won’t need to see Jimmy again, but if our pipes do clog again we will definitely be requesting him!

  We had a slow draining toilet that needed to be looked at and then decided to have them look at a persistently clogged drain that another company told us was hopeless and just needed to be replaced. Well, Ryan did the impossible! In less than an hour he fixed the toilet drain issue AND the sink we’d given up on! Super helpful and informative on what he was doing at each stage, Ryan just saved us thousands of dollars because we’d been told we should just rip out the piping. Incredible service, great tech 🙂

  Doug’s Heating and Air had our new furnace installed the very next day after we had it inspected. Doug’s was not sure it would make it through the weekend with the upcoming winter storm.   House got cold so we figured it was time to call Kale. A few hours later, Seth arrived and trouble shot our problem. New furnace was ordered and then two days later, it was installed. I watched for awhile as it was being installed. Shawn and his apprentice worked steadily and efficiently and soon had the new furnace fired up and heating the house.   I was so impressed with JL Brady Co that I felt compelled to write a review. I have always used a more local company for everything HVAC, but their customer service has declined. I wanted to get a new min-split system installed. The other company told me it would take 45-60 days just to get a sales person to my house, and then another 45-60 days to get it ordered and installed.

  I then called JL Brady and they sent a sales person to my house just 2 hours later! I already saved 2 months! A couples days later I received the estimate, approved it, got on their schedule for the following Friday and it was installed in one day. From start to finish it took 12 days instead of 120! The salesman was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The installers were as well and did amazing work. The installation looks great both inside and out. I am so happy with the decision to go with JL Brady Co for this system, and I highly recommend them to others.
