  Very responsive and professional. Came out on a Sunday. My issue (a simple one) was fixed promptly and the root cause was fully explained. The technician, Alex was knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. It’s not too often a that the final bill is less than the original estimate. I appreciated this as the problem was a pretty easy fix. Would recommend highly and use them in the future.

  Quick turnaround to clear a drain and get our toilets flushing on an after hours service call.

  When we had the same issue, they showed up for a warranty service and we did incur a slight charge. After another plumber was able to solve the issue, I contacted and requested a refund which they promptly delivered without pushback. This is usually a difficult process with contractors, so I greatly appreciate their professionalism and customer service!

  Above and beyond. I was in a pinch and they were able to fit me in – they asked if I needed it done after hours or if I would rather not pay overtime rates, and not every company is willing to do that and I appreciate being upfront about the options and charges.

  The man that came out was truly amazing – he was personable and determined and found our clean out that was hidden by a prior owner of my house. That saved me money not just for this service call but for all sorts of future, potential calls. Plus he fixed the issue I had which was great, I really needed to have my plumbing working! I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this company and will be using it again for all my plumbing needs and recommending them to anyone with an issue.

  I needed a repair to my shower that had been ruined by another plumbing company. My plumber Rich Hull came in and was on time, professional, and so kind! He took the time to explain the issue and offered alternatives to simply replacing my entire faucet system. Even though I had to spend more than I wanted, I believe pricing was fair and valid.   Called Hull Plumbing and plumbing technician (Andrew) was here within the hour. Andrew got right to work and did an awesome job. Tried clearing clogged sink by running snake inside house with no luck. Got ladder and ran snake about 20 feet from roof and sink cleared. Andrew tidied up work area, initiated easy debit card payment and done! Awesome guy, awesome job. Give this man a raise. Am very happy with Andrew’s work. Thank-you Hull Plumbing.

  Anthony is awesome!! Came out after dark after another tech got tied up, listened to me, answered all my questions, and worked out in the freezing weather trying everything he could to get it to quit flooding sewage into my house. He didn’t have to do any of that and just left it for tomorrow. Because he did though I get to have my first good nights sleep in 3 days without having to worry about waking up to a flooded house tomorrow. Their office team is fantastic too! Super friendly and helped get him out here quick as they could when they realized the issue on the job before mine. Hull has great people who do good work and genuinely care about their clients. 100% would recommend.

  Called Lakeshore to checkout and fix a backup issue I was having from a line in my garage. The pipe went outside and had a cleanout. The technician didn’t even open the clean out. He left and they sent me a quote for what needed to happen. They quoted me 5500 a day with no stipulations on how long the work would take. This is after they did nothing. They didn’t open the clean out, they didn’t run anything to investigate or try to remove roots from the pipe. They did nothing and tried to charge me to bust up my kitchen and remove pipe that didn’t need to be removed. I will never call this sham company again. I called a plumber that our family uses. Had my pipes working again within a few hours for much much cheaper. THIS IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

  I called Lakeshore after another plumber couldn’t figure out our sewer line back-up issue. They came out the next morning right on time. Despite the freezing cold weather, our technician Mickey went up on the roof in the freezing wind and cleared the blockage. He was very kind and professional, and went above and beyond for us.   I’m always nervous about hiring plumbers because I have had a few bad experiences before. Fortunately I found Buddys plumbing, which I will be using from now on! They were able to come out the next day, right on time, had the parts that were needed on their truck, and were extremely polite and professional. They replaced the valves and the seats on 2 of my shower valves, and they did it in just under an hour. The price was HALF what I was charged to replace a valve for my bath tub. I will be calling these guys for all of my future plumbing needs!

  I had a gas leak, Had one plumber come out didn’t repair it correctly. Then another business said I needed a re-pipe. I’m so glad I called Edco, they showed up in 20 minutes. Which was great, Brent showed up first told me what they would do. The price was excellent got all my work done within 3 hours. Repaired my gas lines saved me thousands of dollars. After I got my gas turned on, I smelled gas later on in my house, my old wall heater was leaking gas. Called them after hours and were there within 30 minutes and repaired it quickly. Want to say thanks to Brent, lance, Logan, matt, and Ed for all the work you guys did to get my gas turned back on. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work. So any issues I may have in the future I will call Edco.

  Had a clogged kitchen sink drain on a weekend. After hours call was answered on the 2nd ring, had a crew scheduled to be at my house in less than 1 hour. Brent & Lance were my technicians, they showed up on time and with a positive attitude. Not only was it a Saturday, but the weather was miserably cold and windy. To fix my issue, they had to snake through the vent pipe on the roof. Could not have been happier with my overall experience using Edco Plumbing.

  One of our hot water tanks was pouring out the bottom and on to our wooden floors. We called Edco, and they sent a technician out immediately to change it out. The tech arrived and was very kind, and had the old one out, and the new one put in before we even knew it.
