  We participated in the “Ocean Commotion” cooking class where we learned how to prepare Wild Mushroom Risotto, Mussels, and Barramundi Amandine. Our biggest takeaway was learning not to rush searing the Barramundi so it maintained the delicious, crispy skin we so love! Cooking classes can always be a bit of a challenge – making sure the cooking surface is the right temperature, how much of this or that to add, and when – but Chef Calvin and Alex made a great team. They each filled in to accommodate any questions we had. We look forward to attending more classes.

  I’ve taken several of their cooking classes (Pasta, Thai, and Cajun) and I have thoroughly enjoyed every class. The food is always amazing, the class is fun and interactive, and it is easy to follow along with the instructions. Looking forward to more classes and events!!

  My husband and I saw the class advertised by DogMaster and decided it would be a “different” kind of date night. We absolutely loved it and want to come back for more classes! Portions were perfect, instruction was great, and we loved the people of Cook Camp & DogMaster!

  Went to two Cook Camp classes recently (a cocktail class and the Cajun class) and loved both. I’m an avid cook and still learned new things, plus the recipes turned out great and will be fun to remake at home. The Chefs are skilled and knowledgable and the classes had a fun conversational pace. Definitely recommend!

  Attended the Ocean Commotion Cook Camp in Springfield. This was a truly wonderful evening. The menu was delicious, awesome atmosphere, and fun experience. Can’t wait until next month.
