  Palm coast ford has been the best dealer experience I’ve had with any of my vehicles. Conor initially started my process but had to step out for a personal reason and Austin took over. Both were extremely professional and easy going. I started my search online, Conor sent me a full walk around video of the truck before I even left my house. When I got to the dealership all that was left was to test drive and sign the papers. 100% will be using this dealership for all my future purchases. They are far superior to any of the dealerships in my area.

  I travel back and forth to Wyoming for work so it’s nice to know of all the Ford dealerships I deal with for my trucks Palm Coast Ford never let’s me down. Especially now with their Quick Lane open I never wait long for my oil change. The entire front desk there are great, the sales department who’ve I purchased over 7 vehicles in over 15yrs with have all given me the prices and trade in values. Reggie was the best salesman I’ve worked with , Paul who I have known for years is the main reason I keep coming back. When you see management and team members work in an established for a long time it shows me not just work ethic but their commitment for customer service. PC Ford will always be my choice for my families vehicles even when I live out of state its worth the drive back to PC so I know I’ll always have the same great work. 👍

  DO NOT TRUST !! I read all reviews felt safe to bring in my car due to a noise. We knew it was a problem with the belt but after dropping it off we received a call saying my engine was blown!!!! They even offered to take it to the dump!!! I knewww that was not true as my car has been being taken care of in another state and had shown no signs of a blown engine. Got a second opinion from a trusted source and we were right. so glad i went with my gut for that second opinion. They might be good for some things but they tried to play me and my mother 😂
