The car was awesome. Can’t ask for a nicer car. It is loaded has leather everything you could ask for we absolutely love our Hyundai Sonata. When I purchase another car, it will be from this dealership because the service that you receive if there is anything is going on with the car is impeccable. They are very trustworthy service technicians and steer you in the right direction. In the sales part of the purchase, they offered me a chance to purchase an extended warranty, which I thought was a good idea. I did purchase that and ended up needing to use it and again the service was awesome. We are running out of trustworthy dealerships especially service departments to get your car repaired. The salesman Larry was great. I went in thinking I wanted a Santa Fe, and I am really happy he suggested the Tucson, I am loving it! I am not even afraid to drive at night anymore with the bright headlights. Matt in finance was awesome. No haggling, no hard sell, just good customer service. Two times the warranty did not cover the issues because they said I damaged something. Not one mark on the car. Not 1 sign of damage. And they never show us what is allegedly damaged. My senior parent’s got ripped off. Salesperson was actually wonderful. But they paid 2k over MSRP and had no idea and the bump label was taken off after sale and never provided to the customer post sale to see what they actual paid for. Photos available. Brought my car in for a simple repair only to find out when I get it back that they stripped one of my tire studs and broke off another leaving the wheel with a missing lug nut without even telling me what had happened. Had to wait 3 days to talk to a manager even though the supervisor on duty assured me the problem would be fixed twice. The day of the stud repair the manager Ricky tried to call me and go back on his repair offer trying to blame me for the broken studs!
