- Reviews:I have had very good experiences so far. I know the dealership can be pricier than other auto shops but the transparency and communication they have here gives me a lot of relief. I worked with Liz recently for a diagnostic and quick repair and she was so lovely. Very communicative and quick. I was busy at work and she had me in and out and it was great.By Stephanie Trujillo (4 months ago)I was helped by the new Genesis service rep, Scott, who took real good care of my “Genny” (the license plate on my G80 Sport), as if it was his own . He was courteous, with a positive attitude, and a friendly demeanor. I’ve had rough service experiences at this dealership in the past, but Scott has renewed my faith and I will only be using his services for my oil changes and tire rotations. Scott is an example of what other service writers should strive for. Thank you for being so positive and making my day.By AcemanX Ace Wolf™ (2 months ago)Liz was extremely helpful and understanding. She knew exactly what I needed and got me in and out quickly. Even though sadly the repairs my car needed would have been far beyond the value of the car, the service department was able to confirm my fears with detail. Based on the experience, I plan on trusting them with my next vehicle.By Dan Miller (4 months ago)My experience was outstanding. I was able to secure an appointment time within one week of my initial call. I was treated very well. This dealership was fixing an oversight by the Motor City service department. Two of three brake light were not working two days after that service. My concerns with prior poor service were listened too and accepted. As a result, I felt valued as a customer. Even with the longer drive, Chapel Hills just might be my new Hyundai dealership.By Marcia Orr (a month ago)Really appreciated my service advisor. However, I called several times (before my service) asking for an extensive history on what services have been performed on my car thus far and everyone I talked to said that would be incredibly hard to do. My service provider pulled up my history and printed it in minutes. Not sure if the others just didn’t know how to do it or didn’t want to. Appreciated my service advisor Ty for answering all my questions and doing something everyone else I talked to said would be hard to accomplish when it clearly wasn’t. I’m giving the store the rating not my service advisor I would give Ty 5 stars for going above and beyond to help me.By Beth Rockwell (2 months ago)

- Reviews:Took my vehicle in for an oil change and loved the service. Everyone was friendly and I was surprised to get a video review of my vehicle. No issues. The wait room is really confortable compared to some that you can barely move and pricing was in line what I would expect to pay at other shops.By Antonio Acosta (3 years ago)I have had nothing but problems with Phil Long, from the purchase of my vehicle to the multiple service appointments I’ve had at the Chapel Hills location. I decided to take my car for service at Motor City thinking I would have a better experience. Besides our service advisor (David) being wonderful to work with, this place is just as bad. When I picked up my car, the windshield is completely cracked. Their inspection paperwork from drop off confirms there were no chips or cracks upon arrival, yet the manager says they will not replace it because there could have been cracks when it came in. The inspection paperwork is their own paperwork, FILLED OUT BY THEM upon arrival stating no chips or cracks! How can you tell me there “could have been” cracks already?! I expect my vehicle to be returned to me in the condition I left it. The last time I had service at the Chapel Hills location, the same thing happened. They did replace the windshield because they admitted it is their responsibility. How reckless are these techs?! A second windshield cracked by the same company?? They now want me to pay to replace my windshield, which will cost more than the service I took my car in for! Sounds like they are trying to upsell me on another service by damaging my vehicle! They also left wires hanging underneath the car, and left the panels in the backseat that my husband had to fix. BUY AND SERVICE ELSEWHERE. This is a shady business from sales to service! My car is due for a trade in, and I will make the trip to Littleton to avoid this circus.By Brittany M (4 weeks ago)Told my car was ready. Got there and it was worse than when I dropped it off. Its been a week since I went to get it and still have not heard.By wanda velie (a month ago)Ty and the staff took care of me. I dealt with another Hyundai months ago that kept pushing off issues I knew the vehicle was going through. Ty took care of everything and got it done within a day(an yes my vehicle had multiple issues under warranty and standard check ups that weren’t being done). Car drives better than ever now. It’s why I drive an extra 20mins just to go to this location.By Joshpower57 (6 months ago)I had a flat tire. They don’t stock my tire, so they had to get one from another dealer. I dropped off my tire at Phil Long’s before 10am. They didn’t get the replacement tire until after all the technicians were gone for the day. It was to be changed first thing this morning. However, the service rep I was working with was not in today. There is no procedure for information to be available to anyone else. Therefore, no one can tell me anything about my tire. So, I’ll have to wait until tomorrow to hope my rep gets in and see if my tire was fixed. There needs to be a way of sharing information to everyone, to prevent needless delay.By Ralph Young (8 months ago)
