- Reviews:This is the 3rd time I’ve used Hyundai Mission Hills. I was having transmission problems and I needed my routine service. The schedule department gave me an appointment a week out, but it was an emergency, so they left a note hoping I could be seen sooner. Michael was able to see me 2 days later at 8am. Wednesday I dropped my car off at 7:45am and Michael helped me right away. He was very detailed and patient walking me through the whole process of what maintenance my car was ready for based on my mileage. Since I was the first customer there, my car was serviced in 2 hours. When I picked up my car Michael reviewed with me that services I received and when I should come back again. It wasn’t made clear that I was also being offered a “regularly scheduled maintenance” in addition to the services I explicitly requested- more than once. I was not given a copy of what I signed before I left to leave my car at the dealership. When I returned, I owed almost 370 I did not understand I was going to be charged. Had I received a copy, I would have been able to read the details when I was more able to and called to make sure they did not do the additional service. I had to go out of my way to this dealership because I was traveling and the closer location was booked from taking on another dealership’s appointments. I called Hyundai of Mission Hills around 2pm on Monday and they were able to set me up with an appointment the next day at 8:40am! (FYI, Hyundai of Van Nuys “first available” wasn’t for an entire week later). The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted (and helped) as soon as I pulled up to the service area by Isaiah Figueroa. He is an amazing advisor!! Isaiah kept me informed the whole time and was able to complete repairs earlier than promised! Can’t get any better than this. Hard to find a trustworthy car repair and maintenance shop these days esp in LA, but Hana is #1 on my list. I know my way around cars but often don’t have the time to do the repairs myself. I trust Hana Auto to do the work thoroughly and quickly.
